Instructional Procedures for F2F
| 1. |  In order to be ready for the Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse on January 6th, 2020 support your drivers in getting registered. |
| 2. |  Set up a classroom with iPads, computers, or have drivers use their phones. |
| 3. | Tell the drivers the purpose of the Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse. If you are not sure, review Luma’s eNugget® on the The CDL Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse for Motor Carriers or the materials on the Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse website. |
| 4. | Pass out the registration steps worksheet. Walk them through registration. |
| 5. | Here is the link to the registration page: https://clearinghouse.fmcsa.dot.gov/ |
| 6. | Have them sign your company policy on general consent for limited queries of the FMCSA and a drug and alcohol acknowledgement form. Save time and have more efficient record keeping if you do this step as digital forms in Luma’s eNuggets®. |
| 7. | Optional: Provide an incentive if they complete registration and forms, like a Starbucks gift card for a free coffee. |

| 4. | Have them sign your company policy on general consent for limited queries of the FMCSA and a drug and alcohol acknowledgement form digitally in Luma’s eNuggets®. We have general forms already ready to go. |
