Instructional Procedures for F2F

1.	Start the class by asking the class what most drivers are focused on during the holidays. Lead a discussion. Make a list and have the class discuss examples that they have specifically experienced.
2.	Challenge the class: Each of you will decorate a stocking and on it you will provide 1 driving tip that will help handle these challenges.
3.	Pass out the Holiday Stocking Worksheet. Give time for the participants to fill it in.
4.	Review what the participants put on their stockings. Show Luma’s Holiday Driving eNugget® or similar online materials to share additional tips that they may not have covered.
5.	Optional: Hang all stockings around the office/warehouse. Give out prizes for the top 3 tips or best decorated. Have a vote on the best stockings and give out gas gift cards.

Instructional Procedures for Online

1.	Post the Holiday Stocking Worksheet. Challenge the drivers to decorate it and take a picture and post it in the Luma eNugget® LMS or similar system discussion board. Give them a week to complete their stocking.
2.	Optional: Hang all stockings around the different office/warehouse. Give out prizes for the top 3 tips or best decorated. Have a vote on the best stockings and give out gas gift cards.
3.	Assign Luma’s Holiday Driving eNugget® or similar online materials to share additional tips that they may not have covered.
