
Work/Life Balance Assessment
Our free Luma Learning Lessons include objectives, estimated time, materials and instructional procedures for classroom and online/blended teaching. We will provide strategies on how to use our new LumaLive technology to collaborate virtually in real-time. We include these pillars from our learning research to illustrate where they are infused in our lessons.

| 1. | Write or project on the board/wall this question: What is work/life balance? |

| 8. | Invite participation, asking why they do or do not have a quality work/life balance. |
| 9. | |
| 10. | Have them add up their points and divide by the # of questions they scored 1 or higher. So, if they scored 43 questions 1 or higher they divide by 43. |
| 11. | At the completion of the assessment, discuss the results. It might be easier to copy the table on page 1 and write or project it on the board/wall. Discuss results with the class. |
| 12. | Share strategies of balancing work commitments and personal commitments. |
