Our goal is to provide weekly tips and strategies for building a winning mindset and a generative drive to help you build a connected culture and a more engaged workforce. I Love Learning Podcast, S2 EP5: Randy Sparks, Host Sparks of Gratitude Podcast

Randy had the best idea for sparking creativity, and creating love and connection within this activity. Thanks for the tip, Randy! I am using it in my upcoming book.

  1. Take each day to write your future self a note.
  2. Sometimes that note will recognize where you are at and where you need help.
  3. Other times the note will be about what in your life is awesome or important to you.
  4. Imagine your future self as your biggest cheerleader. Think of all the ways you are making sacrifices today to create yourself.
