When asked what he would tell his 8 year old self if given the opportunity, he said:

“Failure wasn’t an option so I didn’t have the fear of failure. Failing is your learning opportunity. If we do fail, we continue to learn. The skills I had acquired and learned would continue to help me build on success and learn. I could continue to build off the things I learned when I was younger up to where I am now.”
