What advice does Justin have for using technology to explore mental health?

“Regarding connecting technology with mental health, this is one thing my therapist recommended and I love it! Go into ChatGPT and word vomit. Meaning where you were born, your childhood trauma and all the issues you had, your education, your certificates, career success, and say to create a positive profile of myself. Read that back to yourself. Then as you do achieve or have negative things in your life, go back and update it. I read it probably once a month. It paints you in a more accurate light where we criticize ourselves every day.”
