How does Max define winning?

“The first hurdle you have to overcome is the fear of it not working out. The thing I would tell people saying “I have an idea” or “I want to get started on something but I have this fear of failure” is it’s not failure! It’s learning to get started on the next thing. The mentality I told myself when I started was “what is the worst thing that could happen?” For 95% of people, it’s not that bad. Go for it! Approach the world win or learn, both are positive! Keep advancing! ””
