S2 EP33: Todd Payne, Founder of KonnectFully

What is “winning” to Todd?

“I think there would have been a time when I would have defined winning in terms of peaks or highlights, triumphs. But I have discovered as I have grown older–my wife and I have been married 25 years–that really winning is consistent contentment. I still have down days and down moments. There are still fights, and there’s still despair from time to time, but I don’t want to define my life by those nadirs any more than that by the highlights.””
