Dr. Gina Anderson is a learning scientist, TEDx speaker, and author of the #1 Amazon bestseller Thrive: How Learning Can Ignite a New Way Forward. She shares measurable, science-based techniques to improve safety, uphold compliance, and reduce risk across the supply chain. Recognized as a thought leader and Inc. contributing author, she hosts two podcasts focused on mental wellness and leadership in operations and safety. Gina holds a doctorate in instructional systems technology with a minor in learning science from Indiana University and is driven by a passion for helping people learn.
Dr. Scott Anderson brings over 30 years of experience developing technology that’s simple and effective. He is an expert in making complex technology simple to apply and use. As Luma’s CTO, he leads the development of the award-winning connected learning system, incorporating gaming and collaboration to engage users. Previously, Scott was president of RemSense, creating remote-sensing tech for scientific and tactical clients, and worked as an engineer for the U.S. Department of Defense, holding patents on key military sensor technologies. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Illinois.
