Here’s the Scoop #49 
Invite learners to submit a topic that they want to learn more about.
After learners review the list, have each learner select a topic in an
area in which they are an expert. Then, have each learner create a
lesson on their chosen topic to share with the group. In safety meetings,
pick one topic a month, and have an expert learner share the lesson
they have created.
