Authentic Learning Tip #35: Authenticity from the Inside Out

It is important to not focus on the negative thoughts inside that you mull over and over, because each day is a new beginning for hope. Joy is authenticity; to find it, you must create it from the inside out. Amy says, “It’s dangerously easy to let external circumstances dictate your emotions and strip you of joy.… Life is too short to waste one minute without peace.” In her book PowerFULL, she provides a creation tool where an empowered thought leads to a desired emotional state. Always have a brave action knowing how you will act and identify your desired result.

Remember to picture the image that will stop you from creating the authenticity you want to achieve.
