Reflecting on your true passion will unlock doors for what is meaningful to you. If you are working with learners, know what they want to learn and give them opportunities to learn new things.

Authenticity is the ability to understand your strengths and weaknesses, then come up with learning strategies that support this. For Jill Apperson it is having the flexibility to break down tasks into meaningful sessions that can be reviewed in smaller increments. She said knowing your superpowers allows you to unlock the strategies needed to make you successful.
