Life can get in the way of your employees. From Sadie Church’s perspective, it is critical to reflect on what is important to you and put yourself first.

Give your learners a challenge where they write down what they would like to learn more about and encourage them to move outside of their comfort zone. Setting new challenges helps growth and helps build what is meaningful to each individual.
