Authentic Learning Tip #13: Explore Joy Deeply

Dr. Rhue says that authenticity is used widely but really we need to reflect on what brings us joy. Ask questions to reveal your joy. Find what makes you happy during the day, so that you can bring this feeling home.

Dr. Rhue states, “We live in an abundant world. We have to know that everything is put into our path for a reason.”

Constant reflection will help uncover your joy and what makes you tick.
