Authentic Learning Tip #12: Show Caring by Coaching

Cody suggests authenticity begins with caring. This means really showing that you care about the well-being of others by providing a listening ear to their needs. Cody stated, “Rules without relationship equals rebellion.” To do anything from a caring standpoint, is to build relationships through caring so that you can support and move people forward.
