TJ will be leading the adoption of agentic development across our engineering team, driving AI special projects and initiatives, and helping us stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI tooling. It’s a role that demands both vision and execution—and TJ delivers on both fronts.
With a long and diverse background in web engineering and a deep expertise in AI, TJ brings a rare combination of technical breadth and forward-thinking leadership. But what truly set him apart was something harder to find on a résumé: he’s a detail-oriented engineer who also happens to be one of the kindest, most humble people you’ll meet.

International technical conference speaker with nearly 20 years of coding and over a decade of experience with the Laravel framework.
What aspect of your work are you most passionate about?
I’m extremely passionate about improving lives through technology, especially by creating partnerships between humans and AI.
What’s something that people are often surprised to learn about you?
We have five dogs, three cats, and one parrot.
