Winning in Learning Tip #23: Winning Is Learning

In education, a winning mindset is rooted in understanding the brain’s role in learning, well-being, and performance. Our goal is to provide weekly tips and strategies for building a winning mindset and a generative drive to help you build a connected culture and a more engaged workforce. I Love Learning Podcast, S2 EP23: Dr. Gina Anderson, CEO Luma Brighter Learning

On this special episode of the I Love Learning podcast the tables were turned as Tim Sohn interviewed Dr. Gina and asked, what is winning?

“For me, when you think about winning is everything, really, there’s no such thing as failure. There’s no such thing as a hurdle. Right? I had the hurdle. It was holding me back, and I could have seen it as failure. I didn’t graduate from that program where I was the chancellor fellow. I mean, it could be seen as failure, but really winning is learning. Really, winning is learning because there is no such thing as failure. It’s only learning.”
