MOUNT PLEASANT, S.C. (Aug. 11, 2026) – Luma Brighter Learning ranks No. 3559 on the 2026 Inc. 5000, the annual list of the fastest-growing private companies in America. The Inc. 5000 recognizes the nation’s most successful independent and entrepreneurial businesses, recognizing companies that have achieved remarkable growth while driving innovation, creating jobs, and shaping the future of the economy. Past honorees include Microsoft, Meta, Chobani, Oracle, and Patagonia.

Co-founders Dr. Gina Anderson and Dr. Scott Anderson joined Inc. 5000 representatives in ringing the Nasdaq Closing Bell on Wall Street to celebrate the remarkable growth of this year’s Inc. 5000 honorees, including Luma Brighter Learning.

“Though the transportation industry has struggled for the past three years, we continue to grow,” says CEO Dr. Gina Anderson. “This is a testament to our team’s ability to listen to our customers’ needs and provide a unique software service for learning that increases engagement, improves safety, and supports compliance while helping reduce exposure to costly nuclear verdicts. Our connected platform for learning goes beyond generic content to build authentic connection and community. Content doesn’t change lives—connection does, and we continue to serve that need.”

This year’s Inc. 5000 recognizes a new class of companies redefining what growth looks like. From AI and advanced manufacturing to healthcare, consumer products, and professional services, these businesses are expanding their impact, creating jobs, and proving that entrepreneurial ambition continues to fuel the U.S. economy. Among the 5,000 companies on the list, the median three-year revenue growth rate was 130%, and collectively those companies added more than 627,000 jobs to the U.S. economy over the past three years.
