Authentic Learning Tip #41: Discover Your Purpose

What is meaningful to each individual is highly personal. This is why authenticity is highly variable. Take time to discover your employees’ purpose and what is most meaningful to them with these questions:

  • What has been your best year so far?
  • What is your favorite hobby?
  • How do you define success?
  • Who do you admire most and why?
  • What are you curious about?
  • What do you want to be best known for when you are gone?
  • What is your top priority for today?
