Andy Miller is the chief revenue officer at Luma Brighter Learning, with over 15 years of experience spearheading the design, development, and execution of innovative sales and partner channel strategies for enterprise technology companies. Before joining Luma, Andy spent 13 years in a key growth position at Trimble. He drove the development and enhancement of product go-to-market (GTM) strategies focused on sales enablement while spearheading sales, support, and relationship management for mid to large companies (including numerous multi-billion-dollar global technology companies) while driving revenue growth and expanding the channel sales segment.
Andy is a leader focused on building and empowering high-performing sales organizations to drive joint GTM initiatives and sustainable, scalable revenue growth. Prior to his time at Trimble, Andy was a senior account executive at UPS.
He was a Division 1 basketball player at the Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina—the home of Luma Brighter Learning—where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
Dr. Gina Anderson is the CEO and co-founder of Luma Brighter Learning, an award-winning learning company and a 2024 and 2023 recipient of the prestigious Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies award. Dr. Anderson routinely publishes new, measurable, science-based techniques specifically focused on driver learning to help companies improve their safety scores and uphold compliance. She is the creator and host of the I Love Learning podcast, which features leaders from across the world sharing what motivates them to learn; an Inc. magazine contributor; and author of Teaching Without a Teaching Degree: Luma Learning Lessons. Dr. Anderson holds a Doctor of Education in instructional systems technology from Indiana University, where she also minored in learning science. She has a passion for helping people learn.

Julie brings nearly 20 years of leadership, educational, and fleet management experience to Luma Brighter Learning. As director of operations, Julie oversees the day-to-day operations and actively engages in customer and industry relationships. She is responsible for the strategic development of client onboarding, successes, and sales processes. Julie leads the customer success team through the development of strategic initiatives, workflow processes, and project prioritization.
Prior to joining the Luma team, Julie served as the project and development manager for Paper Transport, where she worked to actualize strategic goals through project management, development management, maximized business partnerships, and enterprise change management. She also served in the role of organizational development manager for Paper Transport, leading enterprise learning and employee development strategies.
Julie holds a master’s degree in arts management from Purdue University and a bachelor’s degree in design and technology from the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay.
As co-founder and COO of Luma Brighter Learning, Scott brings more than 25 years of experience inventing and building technology. Scott leads the creation of Luma’s award-winning learning management system and is an expert in making complex technology simple to apply and use. By incorporating gaming and collaborative learning experiences to reward students for engagement, Scott has created a system that is accessible to all.
Prior to co-founding Luma, Scott served as president of RemSense, creating innovative remote-sensing technologies for clients in the scientific, academic, and tactical communities. He also served as an engineer for the U.S. Department of Defense, developing algorithms and optical systems for tactical applications. He holds patents on key algorithms and sensor architectures used in today’s tactical military sensors.
Scott holds a Doctor of Philosophy in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, a Master of Electrical Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT), and a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the University of Dayton.
